All prices, savings, volumes and projections are illustrative planning estimates to support partnership discussions — not quotes, forecasts, or clinical or financial advice. Final figures require firm partner quotes and professional advice.

Where a figure is described as illustrative it is a planning estimate built from stated assumptions, not a forecast and not a promise of any outcome. Every headline statistic on this site is listed with its source and its verification status on our credibility page, and each page carries its own sources at the foot.

Prices shown for South African treatment are indicative and pending firm written quotes. Where we do not hold a reliable figure, the site says “from written quote” rather than showing a number. Currency conversions use a stated planning rate and will move with the market. Nothing on this site is a quote.

What Kiros Healthcare does and does not do

Kiros Healthcare facilitates and manages care. All clinical treatment is delivered by independent, accredited providers — hospitals, surgeons, anaesthetists and clinics that are separately regulated in their own jurisdiction. Kiros Healthcare is not the treating provider and does not practise medicine.

Remote monitoring and any prescribing are overseen by qualified clinicians registered with the appropriate regulator. Specialists named or referenced in connection with the anchor hospital are that hospital’s clinicians, not Kiros Healthcare staff.

Medical information, not medical advice

The content on this site is general information. It is not medical advice and must not be relied on as a substitute for an individual clinical assessment. Every patient is assessed individually, and suitability for travel and for a given procedure is a clinical decision.

We give no guarantee of any clinical outcome, of any waiting time, or of any saving. NHS waiting times quoted are national published figures and your own wait may be shorter or longer. If your condition is urgent, the NHS pathway is usually the right one — contact your GP or NHS 111. This site is not an emergency service.

Cancer care is offered only as coordinated, multidisciplinary-team-led treatment delivered in step with your home oncology team. Weight-loss treatment is a clinician-supervised programme; we publish no efficacy claims and nothing on this site advertises a prescription-only medicine to the public.

Partnerships

Organisations referred to on this site as partners are, unless expressly stated otherwise, an intended coalition: conversations are under way but commercial terms are not signed. Nothing on this site implies an agreement, a route commitment, a booking arrangement or an endorsement by any hospital, hotel, airline or public body.

Your data

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, contact details and whatever you choose to tell us. If you mention a health condition, that is special-category data under UK GDPR, and we handle it on the basis of your explicit consent, given by ticking the box on the enquiry form. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

We use those details only to respond to your enquiry and to plan any care you go on to ask for. Enquiries are stored in a private, non-public record on this site and are automatically deleted after 24 months. You can ask us to correct or delete your details sooner, and you can ask for a copy of what we hold.

Please do not send detailed medical records through the enquiry form — we will arrange a secure route once we are in touch. This site uses cookies only where you have consented through the cookie banner.

Accessibility

We want this site to be usable by everyone, including people using a screen reader, keyboard-only navigation, magnification or captions. It is built to aim at WCAG 2.2 level AA: text and background colours are checked for contrast, every page can be operated by keyboard alone, there is a skip link to the main content, headings follow a logical order, images carry text alternatives, and the site reflows down to a small phone without horizontal scrolling.

We know accessibility is never finished. If you hit something on this site you cannot use — a control you cannot reach, text you cannot read, or a document you cannot open — please tell us and we will fix it and get you the information another way in the meantime. We aim to respond within five working days.
